Useful tips for healthy Eating

Eating is one the most important events in everyone’s life. Food is the source of energy and life. Everyone should be conscious about the eating habit. We should be aware of eating bad food that cause us many harmful effect in our health.  A healthy diet is necessary for maintaining the health and it includes essential amount of nutrients. follow the healthy diet for remaining healthy forever. Here are some tips for healthy eating habits

  1. Food should be free from any foul smelling.
  2. Half cooked or half heated food should not be consumed.
  3. Food should not be over oily, spicy, and junk.
  4. Green vegetable and salad are recommended for proper nutrients.
  5. Foods which are not fully ripe or over ripe should not be consumed.
  6. Don’t take the food without appetite or prolong fasting. Also don’t take much food before you had usual excretions.
  7. Taking food is not suggested in crowded place.
  8. For increasing appetite you can chew a piece of ginger with pinch of rock salt 15 min before meal.
  9. Proper chewing is necessary for easily digestion, especially meat and protein products.
  10. Only the tasty, good and fresh food should be taken.
  11. Food should not be too much hot or cold.
  12. Avoid water taken at least 15min before the meal. Little water can be taken after food but not as usual.
  13. Heavy diet should be taken in little quantity.
  14. While taking heavy food in night time you are suggested to go for walk before bed or not suggested to go bed until 2 hour of having food  for improving digestion.
  15. After your meal mental, physical exercise should be avoided.
  16. While eating in proportion, one third of stomach should be filled with water, one third of stomach with food and remaining should be empty. It promote proper digestion and metabolism.
  17. While chewing one should be conscious for proper chewing of food so saliva properly mixed up with the food.
