I am a professional Ayurveda doctor and I feel that, Ayurveda is in my blood, so the deep rooted respect, experience and interest in Ayurveda inspire me to publish this blog globally.
I have tried to post the articles on common issues in a simple language, understandable to everyone, laymen and health professionals, too. Please excuse eventual grammar error and errors of omission. Any feedback and comments on my articles are most welcome.

After the completion of the 6 years University bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda, I have been working as an Ayurveda & Panchakarma specialist, Yoga teacher, Panchakarma trainer, and Panchakarma Teacher in various health institutions and hospitals in Nepal & India. I am a founding member and Panchakarma Specialist at the Ojus Ayurveda Hospital & Research Centre, Kathmandu, which is the biggest Ayurveda Hospital with Authentic Panchakarma in Nepal. I am a member of the Ayurveda Doctor Association of Nepal (ADAN) and registered (Regd. No. 349) to the Nepal Ayurveda Medical Council of Nepal (NAMC).
Before Coming to Australia, I moved to Europe on 2013 and worked as a Panchakarma specialist in a reputed Panchakarma center in Madeira Island (Portugal) and also travelled extensively around Europe, South America and Central America involved in teaching and consulting for the propagation of Ayurveda around the globe.
Since my passion for Ayurveda is very deep, I make an effort to create a healthy society by teaching yoga and spreading the knowledge on Ayurveda and the effective forms of Ayurvedic medical treatments through my writings and consulting services. I have been writing health articles for online and paper media since my college days. I am a regular columnist for several national and international health websites, papers and magazines where you can get an impression of my different writings. The main aim of indulging in this passion for writing health articles, is to make people realize the importance of health and make them aware of the rich heritage of Ayurveda and its power of healing, especially in specific health related problems. Some of the articles have been published on this website, too. Further, I am preparing the publication of a book on Ayurveda healing in a Nepali & English version.
I am the first Ayurveda doctor in my family and I started my journey on Ayurveda and Natural Science in my childhood. As I was born to a family of Hindu Priests, I have had a basic knowledge of Sanskrit and Vedic literature from reading with my parents from my early childhood on. Also, Ayurveda is the national medicinal system in my country and I have grown up with the cultural background of Ayurveda healing for basic ailments instead of Allopathic Medicine. Finally, this inspiration led me to choosing further studies in Ayurveda and practicing Ayurveda. My first Ayurveda teachers were my parents, then university professors, and also my respected patients.
Health issues are the biggest challenge of modern times, and daily, new diseases are discovered without any idea of treatment. Ayurveda is the oldest science of Human Health with more than 5000 years of knowledge and experience. Ayurveda is the only holistic health system with preventive, promotive and curative aspects of natural processes. Wherever I am, I use to engage myself in serving people with the Ayurveda principle. Following the standard principles set by the manuscripts of Ayurveda, I am consulting patients in order to help them overcome their diseases and outbalance their condition, inspiring them to apply self healing techniques. I am always open and enthusiastic to share my knowledge about diet and lifestyle in Ayurveda through live consultation, Email or Skype.
I like referring to the guidelines of Ayurveda: “Everyone is one’s own doctor !”. “The Kitchen is one’s own Hospital”. “No one Needs Medicine when the diet is correct”. “We all are natural beings and herbs are a gift for us”. “Disease is nothing else than an imbalance”. “Health is the state of Physical, Mental, Physiological, Social and Spiritual well being”. Practicing according to the traditional Ayurveda principle, I do thorough interviews and try finding the main cause of any imbalance by using different methods including Pulse diagnosis, looking at the tongue, eyes, etc. I am giving full priority to the Prakriti (Constitution) & Vikriti (Imbalance) concepts of the doshas. Ayurveda diagnostic methods may reveal what microscopes may not. I am following the path of Ayurveda by using:
a) Panchakarma (Body cleanings)
b) By using Organic herbal supplements
c) A combination of Yoga/Breathing/Meditation/
d) A healthy lifestyle in order to re balance the body system.
I wish that all creatures on earth remain healthy, happy and balanced through Ayurveda. May God Dhanwantari (Father of Ayurveda) bless all balanced Doshas, Dhatus and Malas.
