Zinger Very Effective Ayurvedic Herb

Zinger is one of the common in our kitchen in day to day life. It has Ayurvedic cures and medicinal values most of us may not know. What do the zingers which make it very important?
According to Ayurveda Zinger is pungent in taste, heavy, anti-unctuous & sharp in characteristics and hot in potency.
It acts as carminative diphoretic and spasmolytic. It is also very useful for its anti-bacterial, analgesic, anti-secretory, anti-convulsent, anti-fungal, anti-allergic, anti-tumor and anti-oxidant characteristics. so that it can also be used as a good food preservative.
Zinger has 1-4% zingiberin and Bisabolin which is volatile compound. Also Ginirol and Sogal like mixture are found. It is helpful in stopping vomiting and anorexia.
Essential compound for heart and circulatory system help in removing fat deposition in vessels. Like as Garlic it help in circulatory system and strengthening the digestive system of our body. Prevention of vomiting and antidote of food poisoning are extra uses of this. Zinger can be taken in dried form, paste, juice.
Ayurvedic doctor prescribe zinger and its preparation for respiratory problem and joint disorders in form of paste and juice.
Although it is very pungent it is very effective pain killer medicine. Ayurveda specialist assumes zinger paste and juice for effective treatment of various disorders. About 2-3 gm of zinger powder taking 2-3 times useful for joint, respiratory, and digestive disorders.
Along with the effectiveness it has some side effects on human body in case of heart disease, gall stone, and renal calculus precaution should be taken and should be taken under supervision of Ayurvedic physicians. In case of morning sickness induced vomiting it can be taken under prescription of doctor dosage.
It is an excellent stimulant and carminative and is useful for Dyspepsia, Nausea, Colic Ailments. It is very useful in lowering the cholesterol reducing the joint pains and inflammation. Acute and Chronic Cough, Cold, Gout. It acts as a very good expectorant, Antiemetic, Analgesic, Aromatic, Digestive, Stimulant.
Fresh zinger juice is more stronger and absorption is faster than dry zinger powder. You will get faster result with fresh zinger. When you take fresh zinger juice it starts working in your mouth itself.
According to Ayurveda text book let me just say that when you have a sore throat next, try both – dry ginger and fresh ginger. Fresh ginger makes all the difference. Likewise in tea. I recommend for fresh ginger any day. One step better than dry ginger, but not as effective as fresh ginger
