The mango is one of the best fruits to be enjoyed if you are healthy. This fruit contains natural substances that have many beneficial properties for our health and well-being making it one of the most popular fruits enjoyed by everyone. The fruit can be consumed in several ways too like you can eat it alone or with other food, you can also make mango jam, chutneys and many more.
If there was only one choice for your health and beauty, which would it be?
Now, it’s no lie when I say the Mango fruit is considered to be the king of fruits. It is one of the healthiest fruits in the entire world; it’s rich in vitamin that makes it so essential.
The Mango fruit has more vitamin with regard to it than many types of fruit.

There are actually 7 different vitamins that are contained in mango:
• Vitamin A (1050 micrograms vitamin A) vitamin C (30 milligrams):
This will prevent you from getting scurvy, vitamin A is an antioxidant that helps the body to fight diseases.
• Vitamin B2 (2.14 milligrams)
It is also known as riboflavin which is needed for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland, it also builds muscles and helps the body fight many diseases.
• Vitamin D-
It is the sunshine vitamin that many people are deficient in.
• Vitamin B1 (0.28 milligrams)
It is also called thiamine which helps regulate nervous system metabolism, proper function of the nervous system, and heart.
• Vitamin B5 (1.8 milligrams)
It is called pantothenic acid which is needed in the synthesis of nerve signals.
• Vitamin B6 (8.48 milligrams)
It is also a nutrient that’s needed in the synthesis of hormones and amino acids which is very important for nerve

Mango is a delicious sweet yet healthy fruit that is full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals making it very popular. What sets it apart from other fruits is that it is widely available in any area in the world even if they do belong to different countries. This is due to being a tropical fruit, meaning it should be eaten in season, and you can find the seeds when it ripens in the summer months. It is very easy to access making it a quick and painless way to treat an entire body.
