Obesity has become common problem these days. This is mainly lifestyle and eating habits induced. Obesity is explained as an abnormal amount of body fat; being 20 to 30 percent over the ideal weight for age, sex and height. These days Obesity is leading factor for serious medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart diseases, stroke, diabetes, kidney troubles, arthritis, prostate enlargement, female infertility.
So we should be worried about gaining weight and also should take action to control body fat .Control of the fat is not the magical work can be done with simple pills or within a night. Daily change in lifestyle and habits is important for controlling the obesity.

Some useful tips to control obesity

Exercise is more useful to burn fat as it speeds up metabolism. Form of exercise may be running, cycling, playing football also workout with machines or yoga just for 30-35 minutes per day will not only helpful to control weight. These all  reduces risk of serious cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, arthritis etc.  also.

Diet
The main cause of obesity is diet so you should be careful for diet. Maintaining the daily meal times and form of nutrient like fat intake should be reduced. Uncontrolled eating habits may do weight gain so you should restrict diet with high fat intake and high calorie diet.
Include plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grain products in daily diet.

Drink lots of water
You should prefer taking the fruits like lemon, juice, apple, salad etc  for healthy living. Avoid sugar intake high, sweets , chocolates, pudding, cakes may lead extra calorie. Avoid high fat milk like cheese and butter. You either take juice, liquid diet , with drinking a lot of water.

Always prefer to have white meat like fish, instead of red meat as they are low in fat content.

Very useful  herbs available at home kitchen are also useful in controlling weights like fennel, fenugreek, mint, black pepper, ginger. These herbs help in digestion as well as raising metabolism.

Happy living is also necessary for controlling the obesity, so you should be happy, smiling and free from stress, depression and anxiety.
