Top 10 tips to remain healthy

Everyone of us wants to remain healthy and happy. There are various disease condition which are due to our daily bad habits. If we can be conscious about this we can prevent many of them. Some of the common tips that everyone can follow simply in daily life to remain healthy. I tried to note down the simple daily tips to avoid disease.

Tips 1:

Drinking plenty of water:

Water is the best medicine. As we know our body is 65% water. That shows how important water is to our body. We should take 8 glasses of water each day. That can inlcude the water from foods such as fruits. Safe drinking water may prevent us from various disease. Drinking water may prevent us from disease.

Tips 2:

Quit Smoking:

Smoking and chronic alcoholism are injurious to health. There are lots of disease and condition which can be prevented by quiting our bad habits of smoking and alcohol. Nicotine is a stimulant and actually increases your body’s stress level. Thousand of people have lung cancer and more chronic respiratory problem due smoking habit. Avoiding this we can healthy forever.

Tips 3:

Eat Balanced Diet:

Usually balanced diet means, intake of food which fulfils all of the body requirements to achieve Our food contains all the nutrients like carbohydrate, protein, fat, minerals etc So eventually tends to use some specific diet and over use it causing health problems. We should take all these balanced nutrition according to calorie as per our body need. Food rich in source of nutrients should be balanced condition helps us to remain healthy.

Tips 4:

Physical Activities:

Regular exercise and fitness activities are very helpful to remain healty. Daily activities like gym, running, bicycle, jogging are good for health. If Yoga and pranayam are followed we can atleast prevent most of disease condition. At least half an hour of physical activities helps in physical fitness forever.

Tips 5:

Have relaxation and fun:

Health is the state of physical and mental well being. Mental relaxation are equally important to remain healthy. For mental relaxation we should be always remain happy. Regular friends meet up, gathering, sharing of knowledge helps in satisfaction of life. Anxiety, depression, stress itself leads to chronic illness. Try to avoid it and remain healthy.

Tips 6:

Environmental santitation:

Most of communicable disease and infection are from environment. Water pollution, air pollution, drainage system should be check out. If we aware of drinking water, we can remain healthy.

Tips 7:

Sound Sleep:

Daily 6-8 hr of sound sleep is necessary for us. For resting of our mind and body minimal hour of sleep in necessary. Get a break of works and go to bed in proper time and get good rest daily. We can remain healthy.

Tips 8:

Healthy clothing and food:

Healthy clothes wearing, bedding , washing clothes, bathing in time all necessary to remain healthy. Clothes according to season need proper washing.Tips 9:

Avoid cowork from sick:

You would hope that coworkers who are contagious would stay home from work. Unfortunately, this is usually not the case. If they do show up, try to avoid direct contact with them (without being rude, of course).

Tips 10:

Regular health check up:

You are suggested to get your general health check up with the physician time to time. Complete routine investigation of blood, urine, stool can suggest us possible abnormality and follow the physician accordingly. Meet the doctor and get proper councelling. This is important habit to get health check up time to time.
