Food and lifestyle are the keyword for health. A routine is something that we do regularly, without questioning or planning. Proper maintainance of food and lifestyle makes your health balance. You know what it takes to be healthy and happy. To be healthy you need to each a good variety of foods, get plenty of exercise, and have an active social life.  However, these three elements seem vague unless you examine them in your own life. Doing exercises every day probably an unreasonable and perfect for healthy living lifestyles. Being practicable daily exercise habits preserve you health.

A healthy routine is all about repetition and positive reinforcement. Your routine starts from own motivation and habit. Your slight consciousness of your activities can make you healthy and ahppy. This means that you need to start small-really small so that you can start achieving your goals. You should starts with your food, lunch, breakfast and dinner. Make your food reasonable nutritious.

Here are some tips so that you can create a personalized health routine.

Eating

Avoid eating after 6 pm

Replace all your sweet junk food with fruit

Always have a “raw” component at every meal

Take a multi-vitamin foods

Avoid high oily, spicy and junk food

Prefer organic food better

Exercising

Do the exercise for few times  day preferable in empty stomach morning or evening

Better join yoga and pranayam

Do the sports exercise like badminton, tennis, jogging, skipping

Morning walk is very beneficial

Laughter therapy is the best for keeping your mind alert and free from stress

Regular exercise is essential to maintaining our health and taking care of our bodies and minds. Start from these very important simple tips for healthy living. And later you can change your lifestyle to build yourself strong against disease. Then you can avoid major health condition.
