How to whiten your teeth simply?

Everyone feels good smiling. If your teeth are less white that could be wrong impression or yours in front of other. So everyone knows how important is White and sparking teeth. Here are some great tips for your teeth this will increase your charm of teeth. Some daily tips you must follow and avoid for getting best teeth.

1. Consumption of coffee, tea and other beverages cause loosing whiteness of teath so try to avoid it.

2. Smoking cigrattte and cigar, chewing of tobacco cause stained in white teeth. So try to avoid this.

3. It is recommended to brush your teeth twice for getting whiteness. Consult with the dental experts for choosing best tooth brush and tooth  paste.

4. Tooth paste containing some salt in it is also recommended by the experts. You should be aware while brushing, for 2-3 mintes. Using fluoridated tooth paste for caring your teeth.

5. Raw vegetable and fruits is good for health and it is recommended for chewing raw vegetable for cleaning your teeth.

6. If you want to make your teeth strong like hard rock, then you should eat sugarcane once a day.

7. Get a bottle of mouthwash (such as Listerine) and dental floss. These products will assist you in your road for healthier and whiter teeth.

8. Consume dairy products – your body, and especially your teeth need their calcium.

9. visit the dentist timely and consult doctor to follow advice accordingly.
