WHAT’S INSIDE DHANWANTHARAM GULIKA .?
ELA (Elettaria cardamomum).
The generic name for “Elaichi.” It aids in reducing inflammation and has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties. Cardamon is frequently referred to as the “queen of spices” because it is used to flavour food in many cultures. In addition to its culinary uses, cardamom also helps treat kidney disorders, throat congestion, gum and tooth infections, and bile discharge from the body.
SHUNTI (Zingiber officinalae)
Strong anti-nausea properties of ginger make it useful for treating upset stomachs. The active ingredients in ginger, gingerol and shogaol, prevent gastric contractions. Ginger rhizomes, whether they are fresh or dried, inhibit gastric secretion and lessen vomiting.
HARITAKI (Terminalia chebula).
Popularly known as Indian walnut. Well-known for its countless advantages, including enhancing hair health and treating infections of the scalp like dandruff, itching, and hair loss. Additionally, it strengthens them from the inside out, guards against hair loss and breakage, and gives silky, smooth hair. Additionally, it provides general support for digestion and ensures that the digestive system operates at its best.
BRIHATI: (Solanum indicum)
This oil extracted from Brihati lessens Vata disorders. It nourishes and renews the skin while treating various skin infections. Thus enhances skin radiance as well as restores smooth mechanical functions of the body by balancing Vata dosha.
CHAVYA (Piper chaba).
The wondrous herb that can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including indigestion, worm infestation, poisoning, anorexia, asthma, fever, diarrhoea, productive cough, IBS, haemorrhoids, piles, fistula, chronic respiratory disorders, throat disorders, and rheumatic illnesses.
BHUNIMBA: (Andrographis paniculata).
Effective in treating jaundice and conditions related to the liver thanks to its hepatoprotective and antibacterial properties. ‘Hempedu Bumi’, which translates to “Bile of the Earth,” is the name given to it because of its bitter characteristics.
DEVADARU (Cedrus deodara).
It is very effective for neurological disorders, asthma, pruritus, and infected wounds. Devadaru is also helpful for headaches and rheumatoid arthritis. In vitro antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory activity is demonstrated by deodar oil.
KARPOORA (Cinnamomum Camphora)
It is applied topically to reduce pain and swelling because it works as a counterirritant. It numbs skin’s sensory nerve endings, relieving pain and inflammation while also reducing skin redness and aiding in the treatment of swelling.

Every living cell is constantly working to rid itself of disease and confirm our health, but only a small percentage of people who are genetically predisposed to good health do prana regulate its momentum automatically. For the rest of us, prana cultivation is a necessary skill.
