5 Top Tips to Cool Off on a Hot Day

Sticky nights and clammy days are the opposite of pleasant. You’ll not only need to protect your skin from the sun’s UV rays during soaring temperatures, but you will likely be eager to embrace ways to lower your body temperature.

Yet, cooling down might feel the opposite of easy, especially when the sun is shining and temperatures are climbing. Enjoy a more comfortable summer, and check out these five top tips to cool off on a hot day.

  1. Drink Lots of Fluids

A hot summer’s day will provide many opportunities for fun, but it can also increase your likelihood of unwanted sweating, chafing, and general discomfort. While sweating is a natural way of cooling your body down, it isn’t the most pleasant experience.
