Yoga is the part of healthy living. Yogic practice brings you the beauty of figures, voice, skin and charming smiles. Practicing yoga and asanas daily bring your disease far from you. Regarding skin care yoga has the ability of increase circulation to your face and release toxins from the bloodstreams and refresh your mind, body bringing the extra glow of your facial skin. Thus this will prevent skin wrinkle in future. Starting from the few simpler poses, yoga is very beneficial for skin care and charming face. It is believed that Yoga, pranayam and asanas bring the certain aura around the individual which cause attractions to other people. So it is recommended to spend few minutes in practicing yoga every morning. Follow few steps of yoga to get soft, wrinkle and glowing skin.

Laughter Therapy : Laughing is one of the best exercise to keep you healthy and your face glowing and the best time for it is in the morning, so when you go for morning walk you can also laugh loudly remembering those best moment in your life. It add joy and refreshens  your whole day with the glowing face.

 Drinking water:  Drinking water is very important for keeping your skin  care. Drinking 1 litre of water in empty stomach in the morning is very beneficial for facial skin. It promote bowel and facilitate the body detoxification process.

Simple yoga

  1. Stand straight
  2. Keep one foot distance between your both feet
  3. Cover the face with your palms
  4. Now breath fast and deep 10 times
  5. Rub face, eyes and forehead with fingers and breathe fast for ten times
  6. Also rub your chins and forehead and deep breath.

Note: Do this exercise daily as possible

Here are the few common yoga, asanas and pranayam :

Kapalbhanti : Repeat daily for 5-6 minutes

Viparitakarani Kriya :

Sirsasana (Head stand)

Bhastrika

Anulom bilom

Shavasana (sleeping pose)

Simhasana (lion pose)
