Technology and its advancements brought a lot of changes to the lifestyle. You get everything at your door step from pin to plane. Unfortunately, the rapid lifestyle with hi-tech gadgets and amenities are accompanied by many health ailments, called lifestyle diseases.

Until a few decades, there were no such specific groups of diseases called lifestyle diseases. Almost 6 in 10 people are suffering from one or other kind of lifestyle diseases. They are called so because these diseases are the outcome of sedentary and inactive lifestyle. While many of the lifestyle diseases are the outcome of poor immunity, the concept of Ayurveda is solely based on eliminating diseases by building up Ojus.
