  • I had a sprain in my ankle and upon an MRI it was found that it is a grade 3 sprain wherin the ligament is torn off. I was under POP for 3 weeks and its been about 2 weeks since the POP was removed and I started walking. But even now the swelling is not reduced. I had bought the murivenna (after advise from my family) but have not used yet. Kindly suggest if I can use it. If it can be used, then pls suggest the procedure for using this oil.
